More Curlers Needed

Hi all,

I am looking for more curlers for Thursday night's Mixed League. Currently, there are 5 teams taking shape but I would dearly love to have an even number of teams, i.e. 6, or of course 8 would be ideal! Please let me know ASAP if you are interested in curling on Thursday nights (or know of anyone who is interested). We will take full teams, partial teams, individuals, seasoned pros, complete newbies and everyone in between - everyone is welcome at the Hope Curling Club!

As a point of interest: Are any of you, or anyone you know, interested in curling but unable to commit to the full season because you are planning to go south this winter? Would any of you "snowbirds" be interested in curling half a season until Christmas break? Nothing has been decided yet, but I am trying to explore different ideas to accommodate as many curlers as possible and to get more bodies into the rink! Please let me know if you and/or anyone you know would participate in a half season.

By last report, Monday Men's League is short a few curlers to round out an 8 team draw, and Tuesday Ladies' League is looking for more curlers as well.
